Hey, guys. I have been tagged to do a book tag today, created by KingdomBookBlog. Please show some love to Zainab@TeenBookLit101 who tagged me…
Let’s start, shall we?
-
WHAT BOOK IS ON YOUR NIGHTSTAND NOW?
Currently, I am reading The Portal to Kerberos by Michelle Madow.
-
WHAT WAS THE LAST TRULY GREAT BOOK YOU READ?
I’d say that would be the Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare (I’ve read books 1 to 4).
Also, Craving Beauty by Jennifer Silverwood.
-
IF YOU COULD MEET ANY WRITER – DEAD OR ALIVE – WHO WOULD IT BE? AND WHAT WOULD YOU WANT TO KNOW?
I’d love to meet Josephine Angelini as she wrote my most beloved series, the Starcrossed series.
-
WHAT BOOKS MIGHT WE BE SURPRISED TO FIND ON YOUR SHELF?
-
HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE YOUR PERSONAL LIBRARY?
By creative choice of my own. I do not have a specific organizational process. Generally the books I absolutely love are at the top and the rest lower down.
-
WHAT BOOKS HAVE YOU ALWAYS MEANT TO READ AND HAVEN’T GOTTEN AROUND TO YET?
There are two whole piles of books that I just haven’t gotten to reading yet, and really want to. The series The School for Good and Evil are at the top of my list to read, yet I still haven’t even added them to my want to read list.
-
DISAPPOINTING, OVERRATED, JUST NOT GOOD: WHAT BOOK DID YOU FEEL YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO LIKE BUT DIDN’T?
The Twilight series. There was a huge hype around this series at that time and I chose to read the books before I watched the movies. I did enjoy the books, but it wasn’t nearly as good as the hype made over them, intended.
-
WHAT KIND OF STORIES ARE YOU DRAWN TO? ANY YOU STAY CLEAR OF?
I am drawn to supernatural, fantasy, fairy tale retellings and dystopian novels and series. I tend to stay away from purely romance novels.
-
IF YOU COULD REQUIRE THE PRESIDENT TO READ ONE BOOK, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
Damn, I have no idea? I guess I would have to say something in the line of the Hitler history, so that we can ensure something like that does not ever happen again?
-
WHAT DO YOU PLAN TO READ NEXT?
I really want to finish reading the last two books in the Mortal Instruments series.
And also The Girl in Between by Laekan Zea Kemp.
That’s it for this tag. Phew, I really had to think about some of these questions. Thank you again for tagging me, Zainab.

Awesome answers, and you and I are genre twins!
I will definitely do this tag. Thanks for thinking of me!
And yes, a book about Hitler is a good one for EVERY politician to read because Jews are being persecuted again after all these years. I don’t want to see another attempt at ethnic cleansing.

Same here, we learned about Hitler in school and I will not want something like that to happen again. We really have the same genre taste, I picked that up too…. Enjoy, I’ll be reading yours.
